Usually in the colder months, when it is colder outside, but not enough cold to close the park. The water is always kept warm so you do not have to worry about that. Rainy days are also a good option.

What are the things I should bring before coming here?

Make sure you bring your camera and also a waterproof bag if your bag if your camera is not waterproof.  If you want to save a bit of cash, bring your own towels and packed lunch and snacks. Quality water shoes are highly recommended to be brought as well if you do not want to roam about bare foot in the hot pavement.

Will lifeguards be on the watch?

Yes they will be and there plenty on the watch. However, for the safety of your children, ensure that they are wearing their life jackets and tubes and always keep an eye on them.
